3. Wrist Strap
a. We recommend using the included wrist strap any time you use your
monopod, to provide extra protection for your camera or smartphone.
b. Attach the strap by threading the connector through the loop on the top
end of the monopod.
c. Slide your hand through the wrist strap, then twist your arm, so that the
strap is taut while you’re holding the monopod.
4. Mounting a Camera
a. Align the screw adapter with the corresponding threading on
your camera.
b. Holding the camera in one hand, rotate the monopod to the right until it is
securely attached to the camera.
c. To remove your camera, hold it in one hand and rotate the monopod
to the left until it is no longer attached.
