Troubleshooting
Should an error occur, first check the following points:

Driver Installation not possible Ø Check if the RX Computer USB transceiver correctly fits into
the USB port.

Use the correct Driver file for your operating system.
RX-Unit is not found in the
EL-Skyport software Ø Check if Transceiver RX on the RX unit and the EL-Skyport.
software is configured with the same Frequency channel!
Ø
Switch on only one RX unit for testing.
Distance range is too small Ø Reposition the unit.
Ø Increase the distance to walls and ceilings.
Ø Position the antenna of Transmitter and Transceiver RX .
Ø Use an RX extension cable to reduce the distance between
the USB RX SPEED and the Transceiver RX modules.
