TROUBLESHOOTING
If the Oxygen Supply manifold fails to function, consult the
Troubleshooting Guide below.
If problem cannot be solved by using Troubleshooting Guide,
consult your Equipment Provider.
Problem Probable Cause Remedy
No Flow 1. Oxygen source is not
turned “ON”
2. Control knob is in the
“OFF” position
3. Cylinder empty or
source depleted
. Hose is loose or not
connected
1. Turn “ON” the oxygen
source
2. Turn the valve “ON”
3. Replace cylinder
. Check connection of
hose and reconnect
