CAUTION
• Missing or illegible labels must be
replaced, contact Precision Medical, Inc.
• Inspect the Flow Selector for visual
damage before use, DO NOT USE
if damaged.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Be sure flowmeter is in “OFF”
position.
2. Attach functioning flowmeter
to an appropriate gas source
per flowmeter’s manufacturers
instructions.
3. Attach the Flow Selector to outlet of
flowmeter.
4. Connect up to three (3) medical
devices to the outlet ports.
5. Push the Locking Button UP and
rotate Connector Body to align the
“ON” indicating arrow
with the
desired outlet port.
