3.10.1 Format
The Format selection allows you to format your memory card or the
internal memory when no memory card is inserted.
To format your memory card or internal memory, please do the
following:

Use the Left/Right Navigation

Button to confirm.

The Default selection allows you to reset the video camera to
factory defaults.
