Electrical connection
Assembly and connection of the new appliance is only to be performed
by an approved installer.
Please observe this instruction, otherwise the guarantee will not cover
any damage that may occur.

Attention! Only the cable fitted to the hob may be used for connecting
up the appliance. Replacement cables can only be obtained from AEG
Service Force Centres. Part No. 374 349 000.
A device is to be included in the electrical installation that makes it
possible to isolate the appliance from the mains supply with a mini-
mum contact separation of 3 mm. Suitable isolation devices include,
e.g. cut-outs, fuses (screw type fuses are to be removed from the
holder), earth leakage trips and contactors.
