Hint:
The roller bases are each fitted with a rota-
table loading surface . With these you can
subsequently adjust the roller bases under
the furniture piece.
Shunting furniture
1. Adjust the roller bases so that the wheels all
face in the same direction.
2. Pull/push the furniture piece to the desired loca-
tion with the assistance of the roller bases .
Removing the roller bases
Hint:
To avoid uneven lifting, always take into account
the load centre of gravity and place the lever
arm
on the side to be lifted.
1. Push the swivelling head
of the lever arm
under the furniture and in the middle of it.
Hint:
Hold the lever arm
at the hand grip .
With this you will require the least effort.
2. To lift the furniture, slowly press the lever arm
down.
3. Hold the lever arm
pressed down.
4. Remove the roller bases
.
5. To lower the furniture piece, slowly lift the lever
arm
.
6. Remove the lever arm
.
7. Repeat the above procedure for the opposite
side of the furniture piece.
Troubleshooting
The furniture piece is very difficult to shunt.
• Adjust the roller bases
so that all of the
wheels are facing in the same direction.
The furniture piece tips easily.
• Place the four roller bases
under the extreme
corners of the furniture piece. Thereby, the furni-
ture piece should be positioned completely over
the four roller bases
.
Cleaning
Important
It is possible to damage the lever arm
and
the four roller bases
by cleaning it.
For cleanng the lever arm
and the four roller
bases
NEVER use spirits, solvents or detergents
that can attack plastics.
Clean the lever arm
and the four roller bases
only with a moist cloth.
Storage
In each of the roller bases
there is a hole. With
these holes the roller bases can be hung for
example on a pinboard for hand tools.
The furniture transport set can also be stored in its
original packaging.
