Malfunction Cause Solution
The appliance not
working.
The plug is not inserted into
a mains power socket. Connect the plug to the
power supply.
The appliance is not
switched on.
Switch the appliance on.
The appliance is defective. Contact Customer Services
The appliance has over-
heated and the overheating
protection is active.
Allow the appliance to
cool down.
The ON/OFF
switch 4 is not
engaging.
The kettle 7 is not on the
base 6. Place the kettle 7 on the
base 6.
The appliance is defective.
In this case, contact
Customer Services.
