Warranty / Service / Declaration of Conformity
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. The
electric underblanket must not be opened for any
reason. Opening or modifying the electric under-
blanket invalidates the warranty. This warranty does
not grant any additional rights to the customer.
Complaints are often initiated by errors made during
use. Many of these complaints can be resolved by
telephone or e-mail. Please contact our Service
Hotline in the first instance, before you complain
about the electric underblanket to the manufacturer.
