You can remedy the following faults yourself:

>> Procure a replacement bulb of type

R95 E27, 230 V, 100 W)
and replace it as described in the
operating instructions.
The product packaging is made of recyclable materials.
The packaging material can be delivered to public collection points
for recycling.
Old appliances must not be disposed of along with other household
waste! At the end of its service life, the old appliance must be disposed of in
an orderly manner in accordance with the statutory regulations. The material
used in the old appliance can then be recycled, resources conserved and the
environment protected. More detailed information is available from the
responsible local authority or local waste disposal company.

WARRANTY
We give a 3 year warranty on material and manufacturing faults in the product.
The guarantee is not applicable:
Damage caused by improper use
Parts subject to wear and tear
Bulbs
Faults that were known to the customer at the time of purchase
Damage caused by the customer
The customer’s statutory warranty rights are not affected by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In order to make a guarantee claim within the period of the guarantee, the customer must
produce proof of purchase. The warranty claim must be made within a period of 3 years
from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the right to
have the product repaired in our own workshops or by workshops authorised by us. The
customer is not granted any further right on the grounds of the warranty.
