If the safety system switches the heated overblanket
off automatically as a result of a fault, the function
display on the control
1
will no longer light up,
even when the heated overblanket is switched on.
Please note that, for safety reasons, the heated
overblanket must not be used after a fault and
must be returned to the service address indicated.

Operation
Note: when the heated overblanket is used for the
first time, you may notice a smell of plastic; however,
this will disappear after a short time.

Switching on / off /
selecting the temperature
Before use, connect the control

to the heated
overblanket using the plug-in connector

(see
Fig. B).
Switching on:
Set the control
1
to Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 to
switch the heated overblanket on.
Switching off:
Set the control
1
to Level 0 to switch the heated
overblanket off.
Selecting the temperature:
Shortly before using the heated overblanket,
set the highest temperature (Level 6). This heats
the overblanket fastest.
If you wish to leave the heated overblanket on
for several hours, set the lowest temperature
(Level 1).

Set the required temperature level on the
control

(see Fig. A).
Level 0:
off
Level 1:
minimum heat
Level 2–5: medium heat
Level 6:
maximum heat

Automatic switch-off
Note: the heated overblanket switches itself off
automatically after approx. 180 minutes. The func-
tion display on the control
1
then starts flashing.
First select level 0 and after approx. 5 sec. the
required temperature level, to switch the heated
overblanket back on.
Switch the heated overblanket off (Level 0) or
pull the mains plug out of the socket if you no
longer wish to use the heated overblanket after
automatic switch-off.

Cleaning and care
DANGER TO
LIFE FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Before cleaning the heated over-
blanket, always remove the mains plug from the
socket and disconnect the plug-in connector

together with the control

from the heated
overblanket (see Fig. B).
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do
not reconnect the control

to the
heated overblanket until the connec-
tor

and the heated overblanket are completely
dry. There is otherwise a risk of electric shock.

RISK OF MATERIAL DAMAGE!
Do not under any circumstances
switch the heated overblanket on to dry.
RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE
PRODUCT! Do not use chemical
cleaners or scouring agents to clean
the electric overblanket or the control unit

Otherwise the electric overblanket may be
damaged.
