5. To stop the knife, release the On/Off
button 2 or the child safety button 3.
DANGER! The stainless steel
blades 7 will run on briefly after
the knife has been switched off.
This can lead to injuries.
6. Disconnect the plug 4 from the socket
every time after every use.

Cleaning
DANGER! Unplug the mains plug
4 from the wall socket before
cleaning the electric carving knife.
•
The stainless steel blades 7 are very
sharp. Never touch the cutting edges
of the blades - even when not using
the knife.
WARNING! To prevent damage to the
knife, the housing must not be immersed in
water or other liquids.
•
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents.
The appliance should be cleaned after
every use.
•
Use only a slightly damp soft cloth to
clean the housing.
Cleaning the stainless steel blades
1. Rotate the stainless steel blades 7
slightly relative to each other.
2. Slide the stainless steel blade 7 with
the slot towards the tip of the blade.
3. Lift up the stainless steel blade 7 and
separate the stainless steel blades 7
from each other.
4. Clean the stainless steel blades 7 indi-
vidually in washing-up water.
5. Allow the stainless steel blades 7 to
dry.
6. After cleaning them, reassemble the
stainless steel blades 7.
7. Store the stainless steel blades 7 in
the protective sheath provided.
The stainless steel blades 7 are dishwash-
er safe.

Disposal

cessories marked with this symbol. Prod-
ucts identified with this symbol may not be
discarded with normal household waste,
but must be taken to a collection point for
