Beetroot Drink

Ingredients
2 small Beetroots
2 Carrots
1 Apple
1 tbsp. Cooking oil
Preparation
1. Prepare the fruit as per the instructions given in
the instruction manual for the juicer.
2. Juice the beetroot, carrots and the apple.
3. Mix the juices together and then add the table-
spoon of cooking oil.

1/2 Mango
1 Apple
1 Orange
1/2 tbsp. oil
Preparation
1. Prepare the fruit as per the instructions given in
the instruction manual for the juicer.
2. Juice the carrots, the mango, the apple and then
the orange.
3. Cut the banana into small pieces.
4. Mix the juices, add the banana pieces and then
puree everything well with a hand blender.
5. Finally, add the 1/2 tablespoon of oil and mix
everything well.
