Disposal
The packaging and packaging material
consist of environmentally friendly mate-
rials. They can be disposed of at your
local recycling facility.
Do not dispose of electrical de-
vices with the household rubbish!
In accordance with European Directive
2002 / 96 / EC for waste electrical and electronic
equipment and its transposition into national legis-
lation, worn out electrical devices must be collected
separately and taken for environmentally compatible
recycling.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn out
heated overblanket.
Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty covering faults in
materials or manufacture of the heated overblanket
from the purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage resulting from improper use.
· Wear parts.
· Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
· Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer‘s legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in order
for any warranty claims within the warranty period
to be honoured. Claims under the warranty are

for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. The
heated overblanket must not be opened for any
reason. Opening or modifying the device invali-
dates the warranty. This warranty does not grant
any additional rights to the customer. Complaints
are often initiated by difficulties encountered during
use. Many of these complaints can be resolved by
telephone or email. Please contact our Service Hot-
line in the first instance, before you return the
heated overblanket to the manufacturer.

This heated overblanket complies with the requirements
of the relevant European and national guidelines.
This is confirmed by the CE mark.
The relevant declarations are held by the manufac-
turer.
