Distributed
A distributed FireBall installation means
that your FireBall Servers and Clients are
physically distributed or located in different
rooms. Distributed FireBalls communicate
over a wired or wireless network to share
access to your media.
The biggest advantage of a distributed client-
server system over a central system is that
everything you need is built into FireBall.
Networking, zoned IR, independent high-
quality audio and video feeds, as well as
support for an unlimited number of rooms or
zones using standard ethernet wiring. (Note:
only 4 clients can stream from the same server
at one time).
