3. OPERATION
3.1.
Fitting/Changing Engraving Head
3.1.1. Ensure the tool is switched off and unplugged from the mains supply.
3.1.2. Unscew the grub screw in the spindle (fig.1D).
3.1.3. Remove the engraving head (fig.1C) and replace with a new one.
3.2. Operation
3.2.1. Check that the ON/OFF switch (fig.1A) is set to OFF and then connect the tool to the mains supply. Switch the tool ON
3.2.2. Select the stroke required on the rotary control (fig.1B). Its recommend to use a test piece to find the correct stroke suitable for the
workpiece.
NOTE: DO NOT switch ON with the engraving head touching the workpiece.

4. MAINTENANCE
4.1. Cleaning
4.1.1. Keep the tool ventilation slots clean and free from obstructions. If available blow compressed air into the vents to clear any internal
dust (safety goggles must be worn when undertaking this process).
4.1.2. Keep the outer case of the tool clean and free from grease.
4.1.3. Wipe down with a damp cloth.
DO NOT wash with water or use solvents or abrasives.
4.2. Servicing
To service the tool contact your local Sealey service agent.

Environmental Protection
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.
