5. ATTACHING THE FAN BLADES
Step 1. Remove the top motor cover from the
top of the motor by removing the six screws
and lock washers from the top motor cover.
(Fig. 5)
Step 2. Attach the blade to the blade bracket
using the screws with rubber washers, blade
bracket and blade medallion.
Place a blade between the blade bracket and
the blade medallion. Start each screw in the
blade bracket. (Fig. 6)
Make sure the blade is straight when set on
the blade bracket. Tighten each mounting
screw and then repeat this procedure for each
blade.
Step 3. Attach each blade assembly to the
motor using the "Pre-Installed" mounting
screws in the blade bracket. (Fig 6)
Step 4. Reinstall the top motor cover to the
motor using the six screws and lock washers
previously removed. (Fig. 7)
