11. INSTALLING THE MOUNTING PLATE
& DECORATIVE CAP
Step 1. Loosen the two mounting screws on
the inside of the bottom housing then remove
and save the third screw.
Step 2. Remove the plug from the mounting
plate and then place the key holes on the
mounting plate over the 2 screws previously
loosened from the bottom housing, turn the
cover until it locks in place at the narrow
section of the key holes. Secure by tightening
the 2 screws previously loosened and the one
previously removed. (Fig. 18)
Step 3. Raise the decorative cap againist the
bottom housing and secure using the plug
previously removed from the mounting plate.

12. UP LIGHTS REPLACEMENT
The 6 10 Watt E12 candelabra bulbs in the top
housing have been pre-installed at the factory.
To replace them, follow the steps below.
NOTE: Make sure the power to the fan has
been turned off completely.
Step 1. Lift the coupling cover and glass
housing up to the hanger ball. (Fig. 19)
Step 2. While holding the glass and coupling
cover against the hanger ball, remove the
defective bulb and install a new 10 Watt (max)
E12 candelabra bulb or bulbs.
Step 3. Lower the Glass Housing and
Coupling Cover back down making sure Glass
is resting properly on the metal plate and the
coupling cover is resting on the glass and
aligned properly.
