Step 3. Connect the neutral fan (white) wire to
the neutral (white) household supply wire. (Fig.
12)
Step 4. Connect the fan ground wire (green)
to the household ground wire (green or bare
copper).
B. DIRECT WIRING
NOTE: Wiring connections for Figure 12a are
used when the fan is connected directly to the
main power supply by-passing any speed
switches.
In this configuration, the fan will run
continuously until power is shut off at the
breaker. this configuration is typically used for
multiple fan installations in a warehouse or
large area installation.
Connect the fan supply wire (black) to the
main supply wire (black) in the ceiling
junction box. (Fig. 12a)
Connect the fan neutral wire (white) to the
main supply neutral wire (white) in the
ceiling junction box. (Fig. 12a)
Connect the fan ground wire (green) to the
main supply ground wire (green) in the
ceiling junction box. (Fig. 12a)
Finish the installation by attaching the fan
ceiling canopy to the mounting bracket, see
next page for directions.
