General instructions:
Regarding the battery, in order to maintain the long service life of the battery, always follow the
instructions below:
The tool will automatically be switched off when the battery voltage is low. The battery
must then be recharged before the tool can be used again.
Always recharge the lithium-ion battery prior to any prolonged period of non-use, i.e. before
storing the tool away in autumn.
The charging time is 1,2 hours for a battery that is completely empty.
The lithium-ion rechargeable battery can be charged at any charge level and charging can
be interrupted at any time without damaging the battery (no memory effect)
8 ADJUSTMENT
8.1
Using Adjustable Handle (fig C/D)
The adjustable handle (4) can be set in various positions:
To change the position undo the handle knob (3) and move the adjustable handle (4)
Tighten the handle knob (3) securely to fix the adjustable handle (4) in the desired position.
8.2
Adjusting shaft length(fig. E)
Loosen the adjustment collar (5)
Pull the shaft out to increase, or push the shaft in to decrease the height/length.
Retighten the collar (5).
8.3
Adjusting cutting head angle (fig. F)
The trimmer has 3-adjustable working angles. This allows you to easily reach hard to reach
areas in your garden.
Press the lock button
Adjust to the desired working angle (the handle noticeable snaps into places)
While working, the cutting head should be tilted forwards slightly.
Release the angle adjusting knob.
9 OPERATION
9.1
Cutting and Edging (fig. G)
Remove stones, loose pieces of wood and other objects from the cutting area.
The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after the trimmer is
switched off.
Hold the device at the upper and middle grips
Swing the device in semicircles in front of the body (without touching the ground)
The optimal working angle for cutting is 30°.
Allow the motor cutting line to stop rotating before switching "on" again.
Do not rapidly switch off and on.
