Fault Reference Solutions
Unable to boot Check whether the power adaptor is connected well.
Check whether the file format is supported by this device. Unable to display picture
Check whether there is file in memory card or U disk.
Picture not clear The resolution of picture is too low. Try to view the picture with higher
resolution.
Slow response of device Too many files may cause this problem. Don’t save too many or too large files.
