3. Put the cover (4/5) on a part of the
polishing disc (3) over the edge of the
polishing disc. Pull the cover around the
edge.
4. Fit the cover (4/5) in centrally and tight-
ly around the polishing disc (3).
Waxing/polishing paint surfaces
1. Use the towelling cover (4) to apply po-
lish.
2. Apply the wax or polish on a slightly
smaller area than the area you would
like to polish.
3. Work with the polish in a crosswise mo-
vement or circular motions. Exert only
moderate pressure on the surface.
4. Please refer to the information from the
polish manufacturer.
Do not allow the polish to dry out.
There is a risk or surface damage.
Therefore, do not work in direct sun-
light or on a heated surface.
Dewaxing/polishing paint surfaces
1. Use the synthetic fur cover (5) for dewa-
xing purposes.
2. Work in a crosswise movement or circu-
lar motions. Exert only moderate pressu-
re on the surface.

Switching on and off
Make sure that the power supply
voltage matches the voltage rating
indicated on the device‘s type pla-
te.
Connect the machine to the power
supply.
1. To switch on, tilt the on/off switch (2)
to position „I“, the device turns on.
2. To switch off, tilt the on/off switch (2)
to position „0“, the device turns off.
3. Firmly hold the device with both hands
on the handle (1).
Cleaning and maintenance
Pull the mains plug before any ad-
justments, maintenance or repair.
Have any work on the device
that is not described in this in-
struction guide performed by
a professional. Only use ori-
ginal parts. Allow the device
to cool off before any mainte-
nance or cleaning is underta-
ken. There is a risk of burning!
Always check the device before using it for
obvious deficiencies such as loose, worn
or damaged parts, correct the positioning
of screws or other parts. Examine the
grinding disc in particular. Exchange the
damaged parts.
Cleaning
Do not use any cleaning agent or
solvent. Chemical substances can
etch the plastic parts of the device.
Never clean the device under run-
ning water.
• Thoroughly clean the device after every
use.
• Clean the ventilation openings and the
surface of the device with a soft brush
or cloth.
