warranty is conditional on the defective de-
vice and the receipt of purchase being pre-
sented within the 3 year warranty period, and
that there is a brief written description of the
nature of the defect and of the date it arose.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, we
will return the repaired equipment or repla-
cement thereof. A repair or exchange of the
equipment does not extend a new warranty
period.
Scope of warranty
The appliance has been manufactured to
strict quality guidelines and meticulously ex-
amined before delivery.
The warranty applies to faults in material or
manufacture. This guarantee does not apply
to product parts which are subject to nor-
mal wear and tear and can be regarded as
wearing parts, or for damage to breakable
parts, e.g., switch, rechargeable batteries,
or parts which are made of glass.
This warranty becomes void if the device
has been damaged or improperly used or
maintained. All instructions provided in the
operating instructions must be followed strictly
to constitute proper use of the product. Uses
and actions contrary to those set out in the
operating instructions, and which are ill-ad-
vised or warned against, must be avoided
at all cost.
This product is intended for private, non-com-
mercial use only. Any incorrect or improper
use of the device, use of force and changes
not performed by our authorized service
branch will void the warranty.

Please follow the instructions below to en-
sure quick processing of your claim:
Please retain proof of purchase and the arti-
cle number (e.g., IAN). The product number
can be found on the type plate, an engraving,
the cover page of your instructions (bottom
left) or the decal at the back or bottom. In
the event of malfunctions or other defects
please first contact the service department
below by phone or e-mail. A product recor-
ded as defective, along with the proof of
purchase (sales receipt) and a description
of the defect and when it occurred, can
then be returned free of charge to you to
the service address provided.

Don‘t waste, recycle!
Device, accessories and packa-
ging should be recycled in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Do not dispose of the air tool with your house-
hold waste, or throw into fire or water. If
possible, non-operational equipment should
be recycled. Contact your local retailer for
information.
Start-up
Before first use
Remove the battery compartment lid 9
on the rear.
Replace with battery type LR 03 AAA
1.5 V. Check the polarity of the batteries.
Close the battery compartment 10 by
replacing the battery compartment lid 9 .
Connecting the
compressed air source
Warning: Never exceed the maximum
permitted operating pressure of 6.2 bar.
Warning: In order to regulate the pres-
sure, the compressed air source must be fit-
ted with a pressure regulator.
Connect the unit to a suitablecompres-
sed air source. Now connect the supply
pipe using the quick-release connector
to the coupling plug on the pneumatic
filling gun.
Using the pneumatic
filling gun
Connect the unit to a compressed air
supply and press the On / Off switch 3
on the pneumatic filling gun display 4 .
The unit is now activated.
Press the trigger 8 to start the air flow.
Release the trigger 8 to stop the air
flow. The air pressure can be read off
the pressure gauge
1 .
Using the FUNC button 2 you can
switch between the various measuring
units (PSI, bar, kPa, Kgf,/cm
2 ).
If you have inflated too much air into the
article: Press the air release button 5
to release some of the air.
Press the lever down on the valve plug
and pull off the valve cap from the valve.
Disconnect the unit from the compres-
sed air source after finishing the work.
Warning: First of all, disconnect the tube
from the compressor and when you have
done this, disconnect the supply pipe from
the unit. Following these instructions will
stop the supply pipe from twirling around
all over the place.
Changing the batteries
Remove the battery compartment lid 9
on the rear.
Remove the used batteries.
Replace with battery type LR 03 AAA
1.5 V. Check the polarity of the batteries.
Close the battery compartment 10 by
replacing the battery compartment lid 9 .
Maintenance and Cleaning
DANGER OF IN-
JURY! The device requires no maintenance.
Do not use corrosive or aggressive cle-
aning agents. Do not allow any liquids
to enter the device. Otherwise the de-
vice could be damaged.
Clean the casing with a dry cloth.
Service
Only allow your unit to be maintained and
serviced by qualified service personnel. This
will maintain the safety features of your unit.

and follow the notices within these opera-
ting instructions prior to using the equipment
and store them in a safe location. The ma-
nufacturer assumes no liability for damages
or personal injury resulting from failure to
follow these operating instructions.
Children or persons who lack the know-
ledge or experience to use the device or
whose physical, sensory or intellectual
capacities are limited must never be
allowed to use the device without su-
pervision or instruction by a person re-
sponsible for their safety. Please ensure
that children cannot play with this unit.
Check the unit after
filling with compressed air using a te-
sted pressure gauge.
EXPLO-
SION HAZARD! Use this
device in well-ventilated areas
only. Never use petrol or other flamma-
ble liquids to clean the air tool! Sparks
could ignite residual vapours inside the
compressed air equipment resulting in the
compressed air equipment exploding.
RECOIL! When used
under high pressure conditions, recoil
can occur which can cause danger due
to constant pressurisation.
RISK OF INJURY!
Never point the air jet towards yourself
or other people, animals, or electrical
equipment.
During maintenance, switch off the
compressed air supply.
Never exceed the maximum permitted
operating pressure of 6.2 bar. Use a
pressure reducer to adjust the operating
pressure.
Switch the device off if you do not use it
anymore.
First of all, disconnect the tube from the
compressed air source and when you
have done this, disconnect the supply
pipe from the unit. Following these in-
structions will stop the supply pipe from
twirling around all over the place.
For your own protection, please wear
suitable protective clothing.
Keep children and other persons away
from the equipment during use.
Do not use the equipment when tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medications. One moment of carelessness
when using the equipment may result in
serious injuries. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the device.
Before any repair and maintenance
work or transport, remove the device
from the compressed air source.
Before using the unit, check it for damage,
and especially for light damage or da-
mage to the protective systems. These
must be thoroughly checked to confirm
that they are indeed completely capa-
ble of performing their intended tasks.
All unit parts must be correctly assembled
and comply with all guidelines in order
to ensure correct and safe operation.
If you ascertain that the unit is indeed
damaged, you are not permitted to use
it. Do not bend the unit’s pipe. This could
cause damage.
Warning! Please observe all manu-
facturer’s instructions regarding inflatable
articles.
Never remove model numbers. They
are safety-relevant parts of the unit. If
you have no experience of working with
this unit, please undertake a training
course to acquaint you with the dan-
gers of embarking on such a venture.

Garantiebedingungen

gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis
für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kauf-

brikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns
– nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos re-
pariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung
setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-
Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg
(Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz
beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel be-
steht und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie ge-
deckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder
ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur
oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein
neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitäts-
richtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor An-
lieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt
sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Ab-
nutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Ver-
schleißteile angesehen werden können
oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen
Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder solchen,
die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt
beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder
gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Be-
nutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedie-
nungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen
genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke
und Handlungen von denen in der Bedie-
nungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen
gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und
nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch be-
stimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachge-
mäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung
und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer
autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorge-
nommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

Bitte halten Sie für alle Anfragen den Kas-
senbon und die Artikelnummer (z. B. IAN)
als Nachweis für den Kauf bereit. Die Arti-
kelnummer entnehmen Sie bitte dem Typen-
schild, einer Gravur, dem Titelblatt Ihrer
Anleitung (unten links) oder dem Aufkleber
auf der Rück- oder Unterseite. Sollten Funkti-
onsfehler oder sonstige Mängel auftreten,
kontaktieren Sie zunächst die nachfolgend
benannte Serviceabteilung telefonisch oder
per E-Mail. Ein als defekt erfasstes Produkt
können Sie dann unter Beifügung des Kauf-
belegs (Kassenbon) und der Angabe, worin
der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetre-
ten ist, für Sie portofrei an die Ihnen mitge-
teilte Service Anschrift übersenden.

Originalzubehör /
-zusatzgeräte
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör und Zusatz-
geräte, die in der Bedienungsanleitung
angegeben sind. Der Gebrauch ande-
rer Zubehörteile kann eine Verletzungs-
gefahr bedeuten.
Inbetriebnahme
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Entfernen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 9
auf der Rückseite.
Setzen Sie neue Batterien des Typs LR
03 AAA 1,5 V ein. Achten Sie hierbei auf
die Polarität der Batterien.
Verschließen Sie das Batteriefach 10 wie-
der mit dem Batteriefachdeckel 9 .
Druckluftquelle anschließen
Hinweis: Das Produkt darf nicht mit einem
Arbeitsdruck größer als 6,2 bar betrieben
werden.
Hinweis: Damit Sie den Luftdruck regulie-
ren können, muss die Druckluftquelle mit
einem Druckminderer ausgestattet sein.
Schließen Sie das Produkt an eine ge-
eignete Druckluftquelle an. Verbinden
Sie nun die Schnellkupplung des Versor-
gungsschlauches mit dem Stecknippel
an der Druckluft-Füllpistole.
Druckluft-Füllpistole
verwenden
Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Druck-
luftquelle an und drücken Sie die ON /
OFF-Taste
3 am Display der Druck-
luft-Füllpistole 4 . Das Gerät schaltet ein.
Drücken Sie den Abzugshebel 8 , um
die Luftzufuhr zu starten.
Lassen Sie den Abzugshebel 8 los, um
die Luftzufuhr zu stoppen. Den Fülldruck
können Sie jetzt am Manometer
1 ab-
lesen.
Mittels der FUNC-Taste 2 können Sie
zwischen den jeweiligen Messeinheiten
(PSI, Bar, kPa, Kgf / cm
2 ) wechseln.
Sollte zuviel Luft im Aufblasartikel sein:
Drücken Sie die Luftablasstaste 5 , um
Luft abzulassen.
Drücken Sie den Hebel des Ventilste-
ckers nach unten und ziehen Sie den
Ventilstecker vom Ventil ab.
Trennen Sie das Gerät nach Abschluss der
Arbeit von der Druckluftquelle.
Hinweis: Lösen Sie zuerst den Schlauch vom
Kompressor und entfernen Sie erst danach
den Versorgungsschlauch von dem Gerät.
So vermeiden Sie ein unkontrolliertes He-
rumwirbeln des Versorgungsschlauches.
Batterien auswechseln
Entfernen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 9
auf der Rückseite.
Entnehmen Sie die verbrauchten Batterien.
Setzen Sie neue Batterien des Typs LR
03 AAA 1,5 V ein. Achten Sie hierbei auf
die Polarität der Batterien.
Verschließen Sie das Batteriefach 10 wie-
der mit dem Batteriefachdeckel 9 .
Wartung und Reinigung
VERLETZUNGSGE-
FAHR! Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keinesfalls
ätzende oder aggressive Reinigungsmit-
tel. Es dürfen keine Flüssigkeiten in das
Innere des Gerätes gelangen. Andern-
falls könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden.
Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem
trockenen Tuch.
Service
Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät nur von qualifiziertem
Fachpersonal und nur mit Original-ersatztei-
len reparieren. Hierdurch bleibt die Sicher-
heit des Geräts erhalten.

Sicherheitsvorkehrungen befolgt werden, um
die Risiken von Feuer, eines Stromschlags
und Verletzungen von Personen auszuschlie-

vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme die Hinweise
dieser Betriebsanleitung und bewahren Sie
diese gut auf. Für Schäden oder Körperver-
letzungen, die entstehen, weil diese Be-
triebsanleitung nicht beachtet wurde,
übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt,
durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder) mit
eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen

RÜCKSTOSS-
KRÄFTE! Bei hohen Arbeitsdrücken
können Rückstoßkräfte auftreten, die un-
ter Umständen zu Gefährdungen durch
Dauerbelastung führen können.
VERLETZUNGS-
GEFAHR! Richten Sie den Luftstrahl
niemals gegen Menschen, Tiere, elektri-
sche Teile oder sich selbst.
Unterbrechen Sie vor Wartungsarbeiten
die Druckluftzufuhr.
Überschreiten Sie niemals den maximal
zulässigen Arbeitsdruck von 6,2 bar.
Verwenden Sie zur Einstellung des Ar-
beitsdruckes einen Druckminderer.
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, wenn Sie
es nicht mehr benutzen.
Lösen Sie zuerst den Schlauch von der
Druckluftquelle und entfernen Sie erst
danach den Versorgungsschlauch von
dem Gerät. So vermeiden Sie ein un-
kontrolliertes Herumwirbeln des Versor-
gungsschlauches.
Verwenden Sie für Ihren persönlichen
Schutz geeignete Körperschutzmittel.
Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen
während der Benutzung des Gerätes fern.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie
müde sind oder unter dem Einfluss von

stehen. Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit

Entfernen Sie vor Reparatur- und Instand-

sorgfältig auf ihre einwandfreie und be-
stimmungsgemäße Funktion untersucht

montiert sein und alle Bedingungen er-
füllen, um den einwandfreien Betrieb
des Werkzeuges sicherzustellen.
Sollte das Gerät Mängel aufweisen, darf
es auf keinen Fall in Betrieb genommen
werden. Knicken Sie nicht den Schlauch
des Gerätes. Andernfalls kann dieser
beschädigt werden.

Einleitung

Sie haben sich für ein hochwer-
tiges Produkt aus unserem Haus
entschieden. Machen Sie sich vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme mit dem Produkt vertraut.
Lesen Sie hierzu aufmerksam die nachfol-
gende Bedienungsanleitung und die Sicher-
heitshinweise. Die Inbetriebnahme dieses
Produktes darf nur durch unterwiesene Per-
sonen erfolgen. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung
gut auf. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei
Weitergabe des Gerätes an Dritte ebenfalls aus.
Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Die Druckluft-Füllpistole dient mit dem ent-
sprechenden Zubehör zum Befüllen und
Regulieren von Fahrradreifen, Schlauchboo-
ten, Luftmatratzen, Bällen etc. Es dürfen
keine Anwendungen durchgeführt werden,
die von der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwen-
dung abweichen und die nicht in der Bedie-
nungsanleitung beschrieben werden. Für
Schäden durch Nichtbeachtung oder Fehl-
anwendung und daraus resultierende Ver-
letzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Das
Produkt wurde für den Privatgebrauch kon-
zipiert und darf nicht kommerziell oder in-
dustriell genutzt werden.

Intended use
With suitable accessories the pneumatic fill-
ing gun can be used to pump up and regu-
late the air pressure in bicycle tyres, inflatable
dinghies, air beds, balls, etc. This article is
not to be used contrary to the stipulated
conditions of intended use detailed in the
instruction leaflet. The manufacturer accepts
no responsibility for damage or injury result-
ing from non-observance of the instructions
or from any form of misuse. This device has
been designed for household use and may
not be used for commercial or industrial
purposes.
