HDMI Expander
With the new software update, you have
the possibility of adding additional HDMI
sources. You can at any time enable or
disable an HDMI Expander connected to
the HDMI C socket.
If you set the HDMI EXPANDER in the
CONNECTIONS menu to YES, the HDMI-C
option in the AV menus is replaced with
HDMI-C1, HDMI-C2, HDMI-C3, and
HDMI-C4.

TIMER RECORDER is part of the AV menus. You
can activate the Timer recording option for a
connected recorder. Only available in the AV1 and
AV2 menus, and can only be activated in one of
these menus at any time.
Tuner setup
You may choose to disable either the TV
tuner, the ATSC tuner, or both. If you disable
the TV tuner, you can activate a connected
peripheral unit with the TV button. If you
disable the ATSC tuner, you can activate a
connected peripheral unit with the DTV
button.
To disable the internal tuner …
> Press TV to switch on the television.
> Press MENU to bring up the TV SETUP menu
and press to highlight OPTIONS.
> Press GO to bring up the OPTIONS menu, and
press to highlight TUNER SETUP.
> Press GO to bring up the TUNER SETUP menu,
TV TUNER is already highlighted.
> Press or to switch between the setting OFF,
ANTENNA, CABLE, or CABLE BOX.*
> Press to highlight ATSC.
> Press or to switch between the setting ON
or OFF.
> Press GO to store or press EXIT to leave the
menu without storing.*

*NOTE! If you select CABLE BOX, follow the
on-screen information to specify which cable box
you have connected to the television. If you select
ANTENNA or CABLE, a scanning process begins
when you store the setting.
The source name V.AUX in the menu has changed
to DTV2
