TROUBLESHOOTING
Installation
Problem Possible Cause Repair procedure
1a. Shipping brackets not
removed
1a. Open back of machine, remove
4 shipping brackets connecting
cabinet to drum
1b. Machine not leveled
1b. Adjust front leveling legs and
tighten locknuts
1c. Machine installed on uneven
floor
1c. Adjust leveling legs
1d. Machine installed on wood
floor
1d. Move machine to a more
appropriate location or install
underlayment
1. Machine
vibrating or
vibrating noise
1e. Rubber cap missing from rear
foot
1e. Install new rubber foot
TESTING THE DRIVE MOTOR
Check Resistance as under
Pin 2 & 6 = 7R9
Pin 3 & 7 = 11R9
Pin 4 & 8 = 23R0 (Tachometer)
