5.3 Vertical interval trigger
The BVS-0808CP router provides vertical interval switching. Video input 1 is used as VIT reference. For
all possible video formats the sync carrier has to be connected to video input 1.
Switch 7 on the configuration switch enables or disables the VIT sensing on video input 1. If VIT
switching is enabled but a proper signal is missing, the router will automatically switch without VIT.
The VIT can be switched according to the following pattern:
- means switch down
* means switch up
Switch 7 VIT
- disabled
* enabled
Default is VIT enabled.
