1 General
The BTS-1616/34 is a 16x16 telecom router for 34Mbit/s or 45Mbit/s data rate. BTS-1616/34 meets
ITU-T G.703 for HDB3 coded signals. The BTS-1616/34 routing system consists of one broadband router
(1RU) and two equalizing and re-clocking units (each 1RU). This combination provides maximum signal
quality with automatic cable equalizing and re-clocking of incoming signals. This state of the art router
provides high performance circuits in SMD technology for maximum system performance. The built-in
RS-232 interface allows the user to control the router via the Triton Router Control System PC software
with many operational features. One or several Triton remote control panels can control the BTS-1616/34
as well.
