Add RS-422-AV/C Command Conversion Function
In addition to the conventional AV/C-RS-422 command conversion function, RS-422-AV/C command conversion function is
mounted to this product. For the contrast of the command, it is same as the AV/C Command to RS-422 Conversion list in
“ADVC-HDM1 User’s Guide.”
How to set up
1. Press [Encode/Decode Switch] and [Time Code Input Switch] at the same time more than one second to
make both RS-422A port and DEVICE port to be selected. The LED for RS-422A port turns off during this
operation.
Restrictions
- During this setting is specified, the video transmission by low delay encoding mode does not operate properly. Be
sure to make the Controller port is selected (The state that the LED for RS-422A port on the front side turns on.)
Supports encoding/decoding of 1920x1080/50i
With the extension mode for video transfer, ADVC-HDM1 supports both encoding and decoding of 1920x1080/50i as well as
the conventional 1920x1080/59.94i, 1440x1080/59.94i, and 1440x1080/50i.
