The machine won't
turn on -Machine not connected
to the power source.
-Electrical problem. -Connect the machine
to the power source
as shown in section 2,
"Start-up".
-Check that the data
indicated on the machine
nameplate and those
of the power supply are
compatible.
The machine won't
work -Water reservoir needs
filling.
-Used-capsule holder
is full.
-Draw to insert capsules
is open, or not closed
correctly. -Fill the water reservoir
with fresh water.
-Empty the used-capsule
holder.
-Close the drawer.
The coffee doesn't
come out or does so
very slowly -Coffee dispenser
blocked. -Serve a coffee using the
capsule provided to clean
the machine.
The machine will not
dispense hot water or
steam -Hot water/steam nozzle
blocked.
-Water reservoir needs
filling. -Clean the nozzle following
the instructions in this
manual.
-Fill the water reservoir
with fresh water.
Water is leaking from
the tray -Tray is full of water. -Empty tray.
Water is leaking from
the water reservoir -Reservoir inserted
incorrectly.
-Reservoir is damaged. -Reinsert the water
reservoir correctly.
-Check that the closure
gasket of the reservoir
casing is intact.
The milk won't froth -Steam nozzle blocked.
-Milk has gone off.
-Milk hot or warm. -Clean the nozzle following
the instructions in this
manual.
-Use fresh, cold milk
(refrigeration temperature).
The machine makes a
lot of noise -Water reservoir empty. -Fill the water reservoir
with fresh water.
Water is leaking out
while coffee is being
dispensed -Faulty capsule or
incorrectly inserted.
-Capsule not compatible
with machine. -Check that capsules are
not damaged.
The capsule cannot
be inserted -Capsule not compatible
with machine.
-Capsule trapped in
machine. -Check the style of
capsule.
-Contact your distributor.
