Step One: Create the Backup from NVR 2.3 server
From a client computer or server computer:
1. Unzip the compressed application package.
2.
Execute the application “ConfigConverter.exe”.
3. On Config Converter main screen, fill in the following fields:
Server IP: NVR 2.3 server IP Address (without the port number). You
don’t need to
change the
default “(local)” if connecting from server computer.
User ID: NVR user account
Password: NVR user password

Click the “Browse” button to select a location to save the backup file.
5. When backup is created, you will be prompted to confirm
it. Click “OK”, the backup file
has been saved as “backup.xml” to chosen location.
