The sound outlet
it is important that the sound outlet is not blocked by earwax . if it
is blocked, do as follows:
remove any visible earwax from
around the sound outlet with
the small brush or cloth . Do not
attempt to clean the wax guard .
if the sound outlet is still blocked, you should change the wax
guard (see pages 37-41) .
