* The switch is incorporated with a user configurable fault contact (STAT pins) that enables network and switch
faults to be highlighted, see below.
The fault contact is a potential free, normally closed solid-state component and therefore requires power to
control the device. As standard the fault contact will always highlight Power Supply Failure.
