Sets the video position in the clipping window.
Parameters
xpos, ypos
x and y coordinates of the top left corner.
xsize, ysize
horizontal and vertical sizes of video display.
left_clip, top_clip, right_clip, bottom_clip
number of pixels to clip of the left, top, right and bottom sides of source video.
board
board number in the system (use 0 for single board setups).
Returns
0 on success, negative value if error (see mid314types.h for error codes list).
