Battery replacement
TRX722-2 transceiver
! Slide the battery compartment door on back of transceiver.
(FIG.: 1)
! Once cover as been removed, insert AAA 1.5v battery
(Make sure polarity is correct + / -)
! Replace cover and check for operation.
Remote car starter indication
System Parking lights
Remote started ON
Remote starter normally stop 2 flashes
Engine don’t start 3 flashes
Hood open / Brake 4 flashes
Starting with Service mode activated 5 flashes
Note: Normal battery life is approximately two years, but can vary depending on use. Change once a year for best performance.

TRX722-2 Transceiver’s functions
Lock:
Press one time on this button to lock all doors. The
parking light will flash once to confirm and this icon will
appear in LCD screen:
Trunk (if applicable and installed)
To open the trunk, press this button for 4
seconds and release. The parking lights will
flash 3 times to confirm and this icon will appear
in LCD screen:
Unlock:
Press on this button to unlock all doors. The parking
lights will flash twice and the dome light will come
ON. This icon will appear in LCD screen:
Remote start:
Press once on this button and release. The parking
lights will flash to confirm the system received the
signal. Parking light will stay ON while engine is
running and this icon will appear in LCD screen:
To remote stop the engine:
Press on this same button once and release, the
engine will stop. The parking lights will flash twice to
confirm.

To operate two cars with the same 2way transceiver
While the icon display on the LCD screen, you can remote control and communicate with a second vehicle security
system. (if both cars have the same system installed and tranceiver programmed by your installer).
1- Press and hold & buttons at the same time until one long beep is heard. Then, release buttons.
2- Within 5 seconds, press button once & icon will appear on the LCD screen of tranceiver, in the middle of the car.
You can now operate the second vehicle previously programmed in your tranceiver.
* To operate car #1, redo steps 1 & 2, and the icon will disapear.

Vibration mode
It is useful when you are in a noisy place and have difficulty hearing the beep sound from the remote control with the
tranceiver in this mode, tranceiver will vibrate if your security system is triggered.
1- Press and hold & buttons at the same time until one long beep is heard. Then, release buttons.
2- Within 5 seconds, press button once & icon will appear on the LCD screen of tranceiver, at the bottom of the car.
When an event happens on your vehicle, the tranceiver will vibrate instead of beeping.
* To return to beeping mode, redo steps 1 & 2, and the icon will disapear.
