CARE AND MAINTENANCE
REAR WHEELS:
The rear wheels of the Model ZTR 6601 are of an "offset" center design to both
compliment the articulation of the mowing deck and to provide stability when mowing on
sloped ground.
Slopes are a major factor related to loss -of-control and tip-over
accidents, which can result in severe injury or death. All slopes
require extra caution. If you cannot back up the slope or if you
feel uneasy on it, do not mow it.
REAR TIRES:
Tread Design:
Soft compound, low air pressure, "Turf Tamer" all
terrain tires have been fitted to the Model ZTR 6601.
Shipping Air Pressure:
For crating and shipment purposes "ONLY" air
pressure has been increased to 15 Ibs.
Operational Air Pressure: Prior to actual operational use of the mower, the air
pressure in each rear tire must be lowered to a
maximum of 5lIbs.
