Performing a factory reset
There are three ways to do a factory reset:
1 While the phone is turned off, press and hold the "Power button" and the "Home
button" simultaneously.
2 Go to "Settings"> "User data"> "Factory reset".
3 Check the "Clear Data Simultaneously" checkbox during the firmware upgrade
process.
