9. Fold the handle bar to the side by opening the stem
locking lever. Rotate the lever rearward to release. 10. Return the stem locking lever back forward against
the stem when the handle bars are folded.
CAUTION!
Never place your hands and fingers inside the following folding part / mechanism.
