INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION MODEL 101 HCS
A locking device securing the Lift to the Model 101 HCS
is controlled by the Model 101 HCS top cover.
When pushing the Lift into the Model 101 HCS be careful
not to damage the connector (2).
The top cover must be opened before the Lift is pulled
out. It is not necessary to open the cover when docking
the Lift. See also the sign on top of the Lift.
1. The castors on the lift (3) are fixed mounted.
Adjust the height of the Model 101 HCS (1) so the
connector on the lift (2) fit to the connector on the
Model 101 HCS. Thereafter adjust the height of
Model 100. Then adjust other machines in-line. See
next page.
2. It could however be necessary to adjust the height of
the lift if the floor is uneven. Remove the wheels and
place washer (4) (P/N 97139, 12.5 x 35 x 3 mm) in
between the wheels and the lift to reach optimum
height.
