If you are going to supply your own
AC power adapter, carefully read
the input power specification of the
DE-805TP hub. No fuse is provided
to protect the hub from high input
voltage or sudden power surges.
Using the wrong AC power adapter
may cause irreparable damage to
the hub.
Connecting Twisted-Pair Segments
Each of the hub’s five twisted-pair ports can be used
to connect a station or other device. Use a straight-
through twisted-pair cable with RJ-45 connectors on
both ends.
