1. Remove the lock nut, metal washer, and black rubber washer from the threaded base of the faucet.
2. Place the mixer body through the hole in the mounting surface so that the thick black rubber o-ring sits between
the faucet and the mounting surface.
3. From below the mounting surface slide the black rubber washer and the metal washer back onto the base of
the faucet. Then thread the lock nut onto the base by hand until snug. Use a wrench to tighten the lock nut
an additional 1/4 turn (WARNING: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN LOCK NUT, this may cause damage to the mounting
surface).
4. Attach one supply line to each fitting in the base of the faucet.
5. Turn water supply on and check for any connection leakage.
