1. Contact our customer service department to receive a RMA # before
mailing in the product.
2. Please enclose warranty card with the product when mailing during
warranty period.
Please wrap in shock absorb material and put in box, mailing fee,
wrapping fee, and any damage caused during mailing will be charge to
a customer.
3. To prevent loss, please use registered mail.
