HD4070 PROCEDURE
1.
Turn off the power to the power supply.
2.
Install the replacement PC board in to the power supply and attach all electrical connections.

Attach the volt meter to measure the arc voltage between power supply I/O board bus bars as shown
below.

Set volt meter to
measure 100-500 VDC.
