Security
Once your account has been created you will be assigned your Account
Number, User ID and Password. You will also be required to complete a secu-
rity question.
Things to keep in mind:
❍ There is only one User ID and password for each account.
❍ You can change your password and security answer at any time
through the www.pythongps.com website.
❍ Your password must be numeric digits with a minimum of 6 num-
bers and a maximum of 20 numbers.
❍ You will be asked this information each time you access the
www.pythongps.com website or telephone system.
Please keep this information safe. You can record your information at the begin-
ning of this guide.
If you forget your password—
In the instance you forget your PYTHON
® password we can send it to the email
address you have registered with your PYTHON ® Online account. Simply click
on the Forgot Password link on the PYTHON ® logon page.

Actions
PYTHON ® Consumer Initiated Actions are instructions, which are communicat-
ed to PYTHON ® equipped vehicles, from any Internet access point or touch-
tone phone, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
