* End cap bearings (6C) illustrated are for Rev. R2 actuators only. All
other revision end caps use split-ring style (6A), same as piston
bearing (6B). Only split-ring style bearings are included in R2/R3
rebuilding kits, and normally all styles of bearings do not need
replacement during a rebuild.
NOTE: Size 15 Rev. R6 rebuilding kits include 12 guide rod O-rings.
The six larger diameter O-rings are for Rev. R3 through R6 actuators.
To order proper parts, please specify the actuator size, model and
revision number. Use the standard nomenclature listed above.
The rebuilding kits include items 15A through 15H, 6A and 6B, 10 and
stainless steel washers. Color of some replacement parts, such as
bearings, may vary from the parts removed. Item 15J may or may not
be included in repair kits.
Rebuilding kit labeled R6 is for Rev. R2 through R6 actuators.
