Warning : Electrical Hazard
The mat must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided by Fenix
Slovensko. Follow these instructions carefully to prevent the risk of fire or electric shock.
The mat can be used by children from age 8 and older and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be undertaken by children without supervision.
Warning: To provide continued protection against electric shock, follow the instructions
below:
a) A qualified electrician must install an outdoor socket outlet protected from rain and
snow near where the rubber heated mat will be connected.
b) Install and run the power supply cable to the rubber heated mat so that it is protected
against damage.
c) Do not use extension cords.
d) Check the power cord before plugging it into the 230 V socket outlet.
e) If the rubber heated mat is not in use, unplug the power cord from the 230 V socket
outlet.
f) When not in use (after winter), keep the rubber heated mat out of the reach of children.
The power cord cannot be replaced. If the power cord is damaged, the appliance
should be discarded.
Do not plug in the rubber heated mat while rolled up.
Do not use the rubber heated mat at a higher ambient temperature than + 10°C
Do not cut, trim or otherwise change the rubber heated mat
Do not walk on the rubber heated mat before it is completely installed
Do not plug in the rubber heated mat into a damaged outlet.
Do not install the rubber heated mat on a rough dirty surface or gravel.
Regularly examine the rubber heated mat for any signs of damage or excessive
wear. If damaged, it is necessary to disconnect the rubber heated mat and discard
it.
Do not use for pets, pet houses or livestock.
Important: All information in these instructions is believed to be reliable. Users, however,
should independently evaluate the suitability of the rubber heated mat for its application.
1. Unpacking
Before first use, read the instructions carefully; then take the rubber heated mat to the
place where it is going to be used, unpack and roll it out. Keep the instructions for future
reference.
