Use a rubber mallet (not included) and the installing stick (included) to insert the plastic ring,
wheel, large wheel cover, ring, and flower ring onto the rear car axle. Attach the small wheel cover.
Note: The back wheel has rubber tread.
Turn the car body over and insert the J-shaped
stick into the front gearbox. Secure it with
the screw.
To operate the roadster without the remote
control, loosen the screw and remove the J-shaped
stick from the front gearbox. The steering wheel
will control the car.
The remote control should be turned off
when not in use to conserve the battery life.
When the remote control is on, the signal
light will be lit. Use the left joystick to
move the car forward and back. Use the
right joystick to change directions.
Turn on the MP3 player (not included) and insert
it into the MP3 compartment.
1. Before use, turn the car over and connect the battery lines and main distribution lines together,
matching the color of the wires. Connecting lines to the inncorrect color will cause a short circuit.
2. The charger holder is located under the windshield and the charger is inside the wheel
storage box. To use, first insert the charger DC holder into the car holder, then insert the
charger into a power supply socket.
3. Charge the battery for 8-10 hours for a 1-2 hour drive time. Do not charge for more than 15 hours.
4. The charger and battery will be slightly warm while charging.
5. Do not use the battery charger if it is damaged.
6. Keep this instruction manual for future reference.
7. The battery charger is not a toy. Regularly examine it for damage. Check the cord, plug and housing.
1. Use only the correct charger. An incorrect charger may damage the vehicle.
2. Charge the battery for the full 8-10 hour period. Otherwise, the battery life may be reduced.
3. Keep the battery charge fully when the car is not being used for a long period.
For best results, recharge the battery every 15 days.
The remote control will function effectively
within a 100-foot range. If the remote is not
working well, check the battery in the remote.
Install the seat at the location shown in the diagram.
1. The battery should be charged by adults only.
2. Children should only use under adult supervision.
3. The car should be assembled and inspected by an adult.
4. Do not use the car in dangerous areas such as streets, steep slopes or near swimming pools.
5. The maximum recommended weight load for this vehicle is 65 pounds (30kg).
6. This car is recommended for ages 3-6.
7. Riding the car improperly may cause damage.
8. Do not change directions (forward and backward) suddenly. Stop before changing directions.
9. Keep all bags away from children and infants. Dispose of all bags immediately.
Plastic bags are a suffocation hazard.
10. The remote control should only be operated by an adult. Children should not use the remote.
11. Do not attempt to replace the headlight bulbs.

Turn the car upright. Place the steering wheel
onto J-shaped stick and affix with a screw.
Insert the windshield into the front of the car
as shown.
Open the battery cover in the steering wheel and
insert 2 AA batteries (included). Make sure
you match the polarity (+ and -) as shown. Close
the battery cover and secure with a screw.
Plug in the red cable on the battery.
Plug the MP3 connector cable into the steering
wheel jack to listen to music through the speaker.
Open the battery compartment and insert a 9V battery
(included), matching the polarity (+ and -) as shown.
Screw the antenna into the top
of the remote control.
Check if the battery is connected correctly.
Check to make sure the battery has been fully charged.
Check if the charger has been connected properly.
The motor will not move.
The motor moves very slowly.
The battery cannot be fully charged.
1. The protective tube is located under the chassis.
2. If the motor is unable to move or will not charge, check to see if the protective tube has been fused.
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC., warrants to the original consumer that its products are free from any electrical or mechanical defects
for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC.,
will repair or replace the unit free of charge upon receipt of the unit, shipped postage prepaid and insured to the factory address below.
The warranty covers normal consumer use and does not cover damage that occurs in shipment or failure that results from alterations,
accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, commercial use, or unreasonable use of the unit. This warranty
does not cover cost of repairs made or attempted outside of the factory.
Any applicable implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby limited to 90 DAYS from the date of
purchase. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from a breach of any applicable express or implied warranties are hereby
excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY implied warranties and do not allow
exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions in these instances may not apply.
The only authorized service center in the United States is:
Ship the unit carefully packed, preferably in the original carton, and send it prepaid, and adequately insured. Include a letter, detailing
the complaint and including your daytime telephone number, inside the shipping carton. If your warranty has expired and you want an
estimated fee for service, write to the above address, specifying the model and the problem.
NOTE: Please do not send your unit without first receiving an estimate for servicing from EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC.
