Setting up remote control
1. open the battery cover by pressing down on the battery
cover latch and sliding it off.
2. insert the batteries, matching the “+” and “-” marks on the
batteries with the interior of the remote control.
3. Snap on the battery cover to close.
NOTE: refer to the remote control Guide for more details
about other remote control features.
using ir extender receiver
the remote control uses infrared (ir) light signals to control
the Magi . ir signals cannot go through walls or other solid
objects. if the line of sight of your Magi is blocked, then you
can use the ir extender receiver provided to extend the reach
of ir signals from the remote control.
connecting to Power Source
1. connect the power cord to the PoWer port on the back of
the Magi .
2. Plug the ac power adapter to a power outlet.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE: Make sure your tV is turned on and the correct video
input is selected.
