Set Up

Adjust foot bar for a bend at the
knees.
•
Extend legs to keep back firmly
against pad while keeping slight
bend at the knees.
•
Grasp handles, lean back while
extending arms.
Push the handles by bending
forward from trunk while
keeping arms fully extended.
