1 Installation
WARNING
The SF Filter is not designed for use with
non-liquid Trans Fat Free shortening. Filter
Pumps and Motors will not be covered under
warranty where (non-liquid) Trans Fat Free
shortening is used.
To help familiarize yourself with the basic parts
of the Shortening Filter, please study the
photograph below.
