Using the ice/water dispenser
Before first use
You should not attempt to dispense ice for 6 hours after
the appliance is first connected to your mains supply.
o
Once the fridge and freezer sections have cooled sufficiently
place a cup against the PUSH pad in the dispenser and pour out
a couple of glasses of water/ice.
o
IMPORTANT: These first couple of glasses of water/ice should
not be consumed and should be poured down the sink. This is to
flush the system of potential impurities.
o
Note: When used for the first time, it may take a short time for
the water tank to fill, therefore you may need to hold down the
push pad for 2-3 minutes for the water to circulate.
Using the dispenser
o
The dispenser can produce chilled water, crushed ice and cubed
ice, as indicated on the control panel.
o
Press the ‘DISPENSER’ button to select what you want the
dispenser to produce. The options it will scroll through are ice
cubes, crushed ice, or water.
o
Place a cup against the pad in the dispenser and push it, after a
few seconds it will dispense water or crushed/cubed ice. What
comes out of the dispenser will depend on what option you
selected before pushing the pad.
o
You should place your cup/glass directly underneath the
water/ice chute and not rest it on the base of the dispenser.
Otherwise water/ice can spill or splash.
